Budget Car and Van Rental at Gatwick Airport is open 7 days a week from 7.00 to 20.00. Telephone reservations can be made 7 days a week from 8.00 to 20.00.

Documentation

When collecting a car, customers should be prepared to produce:

• A valid driving licence (if a modern UK licence, both parts will be required)
• A valid credit card
• Details of the reservation, if any
• A passport, and preferably a utility bill

Before collecting a car, customers will be required to sign an inspection form, detailing any existing damage to the car.

Age Limits

Budget supplies cars only to those between the ages of 23 and 75. Those aged 23-25 and 70-75 will be charged extra.

Disabled Drivers

Budget caters for some disabled drivers, and can arrange for Lynx hand controls to be fitted. Reservations should be made 48 hours in advance on 0844 544 3407.
