Crawley Mariners Yacht Club

Based at Hedgecourt Lake near Copthorne, this club for dinghy sailors in the Crawley area welcomes sailors of every level of experience, from beginners to experts.

Crawley Mariners Yacht Club offers racing and cruising events, mainly in Chichester Harbour and the Solent, and organises training courses certified by the Royal Yachting Association in sailing and racing. Informal tuition is available from experienced members free of charge at the monthly Saturday Clubs.

Hedgecourt Lake and the clubhouse are available to members throughout the year.

Fees

An entry fee of up to £20 is charged.

Annual membership fees vary from £39, for individuals up to the age of 17, to £141 for family membership.

Members may park their boats at Hedgecourt Lake for £55 per year, if spaces are available.
